My engagement ring!

I am SO excited!
{god, that doesn't even cover it....that's like saying that the world is big}
but I don't have any better words right now...I'm just so happy & giddy...can't wait to be Mrs. Hippe!

post edit: after reading this, my mom says to me "your post is so cute!!!"
and i was like, "cute? huh.... didn't mean for it to be cute....? what's so cute about it?"  
and she says "oh come on! you silly girl! listen to it....happy & giddy? to be mrs. hippe?!"
and that's when i realized that i had unintentionally rhymed.  i am such a dork! lol

Ok Ok I know I haven't put anything new on my blog in forever...but there's a darn good reason.
I haven't done anything interesting.
I have been in the grip of the
"after Christmas/I'm not doing anything/won't even go in my studio/play video games all day"
phase of the winter season...
but I'm starting to wake up
& look around
(and be disgusted)

oh, don't get me wrong...my house has been clean & my family has been fed...the baby has been played with & read to & tickled & kissed....
but as far as being creative...the most I've done is...
